The Session Presentation will introduce the Large Ethics Model (LEM), which analyses the different levels of education and training of people in AI and ethics: individual, social and professional. This model is designed to raise awareness about AI, according to what we define as the 'PAIA' framework in order to adopt a risk-based approach in AI use. The PAIA framework focuses on four ethical risk categories about AI that require a responsibility-based intervention: Pervasiveness, Autonomy, Invisibility, Adaptivity. Ethical and Social awareness about these categories involves three different levels of responsibility in programming and using AI tools: a. Founder; b. Programmer; c. User. According to the LEM model two main biases should be considered to promote ethical AI awareness on different levels: 1. Automation Bias; 2. Ethical Bias. So the LEM works on in three main fields of education and training: i. Schools (AI&Ethics Literacy); ii. University (AI&Ethics Literacy); iii. Companies and Industries (Soft Ethics Model and Hard Ethics Model).
